We are proud to announce that our scholarship holder Biebele Tokoni Orupabo of TU Berlin went to Cracow and started the research for his Master thesis at CUT in beginning of May. On 11 May, he visited the Dobczyce Commune and the Town Hall, where he was met by the Mayor Tomasz Susie, Deputy Mayor Edyta Podmokły and Robert Maniecki, the head of the Municipal Economy Department. Thanks to the cooperation of the Cracow University of Technology with TU Berlin, Orupabo will be writing a master’s thesis, the topic of which will be devoted to the analysis of the water supply network on the example of the city of Dobczyce.
During the first visit to the magistrate in Dobczyce, the student was accompanied by Dr. hab. Eng. Michał Zielina, a professor from the Faculty of Environmental and Power Engineering and Dr. Eng. Tadeusz Żaba from the Faculty of Environmental and Power Engineering of the Cracow University of Technology, Director of Waterworks Production of the City of Cracow S.A. This meeting was an opportunity to learn, among others, about the design and functioning of the water supply system in the city of Dobczyce.
